1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Vitree ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vitree is a health and wellness application that displays recovery metrics calculated from data you have recorded in Apple HealthKit. The App reads your heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep data to compute a recovery score.

Medical Disclaimer: Vitree is not a medical device. The recovery scores and health metrics displayed are for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vitree. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Vitree requires access to Apple HealthKit to function. By granting this access, you acknowledge that:

Recovery scores are calculated using algorithms based on your personal baseline data. You understand that:

Darkcode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vitree for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Vitree is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

8. Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality or fix issues. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Termination

You may stop using Vitree at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or revoke access for violations of these terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vitree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health decisions made based on recovery scores.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
